Step 4

I sold my fancy bike to pay bills while unemployed, but that doesn't mean I can't get on a bicycle. In fact, I took my old hybrid bike from high school to a great shop on Boat Street for a tune up. Today was my first adventure on it in nearly 10 years! I rode 4.5 miles roundtrip to the water ferry on Alki. Beautiful high 50's day with partial overcast and I did not die or otherwise embarrass myself. It was brilliant and might just be my solo cardio for any season.
