Best random jeans ever!

I don't buy clothes often/ever. From the years I have a mix of retail and second hand, high end and more humble origin; mostly quality stuff that was on sale or second hand ...cause that's how I roll. However, certain items are showing wear, notably my jeans. They are either too small or have holes, growing holes. Ripped up jeans were cool in college and still are around the house, but not so much in the office, school, etc. So I began to search about a year ago, for the perfect pair of jeans....

Today, I had to buy a book at Univ. Bookstore for a paper. Between my car and the door was the new "Crossroads Trading Co," like a picky thrift store. Inside I found the usual assortment of used levi's, paper, gap, diesel and g-star.... and then in a quiet rack off to the side I found a brand I'd never heard of. MYNK is a fairly new company started by the founders of True Religion jeans, a super high end line. The fabric is thick and the craftsmanship and attention to detail, like the signature back pocket, make the $200+ price's seem almost warranted. From what I've read, they are made in small batches per design, so that they are in effect limited editions. How amazing that the only pair in the store, possibly in the state, was in my size! And best yet, only $28+tax. Consumption should have it's limits, but a good pair of jeans is worth celebrating!
