I love movie trailers. They are miniature worlds, fragments of an idea orchestrated to flirt with your senses. Like an appetizer or a pair of woman's shoes they can be fantastical and irrational, full of contrast to leave you wanting more. They would not exist without the whole, but are masterpieces in their own right.


Where I watch them is on apple. It is like an organized world of fantasy, where a small poster could lead anywhere. Late at night when I am too tired to function and yet too actively minded to sleep I watch every one I've not yet seen. When there are many it is like a project with strategy, planning and preparation to enjoy them to a satisfied conclusion.
